Job seekers in Jerusalem can now apply to be part of the city’s growing army of social media influencers.
With social media sites and blogs offering a plethora of jobs, the Jerusalem Post decided to look into the potential for jobs in the city.
We decided to create a profile on the social media site, Facebook.
We started out with a couple of posts, but after two months we decided to do more.
After all, this is an army that can be relied on, especially in the face of the war in Gaza and the ongoing economic hardships.
After creating a profile, the Post went on to find out that there are several jobs on the citys social media platform.
From a sales representative to a marketing manager, we have some great options.
One of the posts in our list, for example, is a marketing coordinator, who does work for a company in the department of public relations.
Another is a sales agent, who handles social media and web marketing.
This person will be in charge of the marketing efforts for a social media campaign that is currently running in the region.
Another post in the same profile lists a software engineer as an administrative assistant, which could be a part-time job that might help with some administrative tasks in the office.
Finally, we found that one of the job listings on the site is for a “social media editor.”
This person handles social and video sharing in the company.
We are looking forward to working with this person and their team, as they will be the ones helping to promote the site.
The Post is now seeking more applicants for its social media internship program.
